First-time applicant: $600
Renewal: $600
Add on residency discipline: $300
Request of a refund for incomplete resident (time not spent at the facility): $150

How to Pay

Request an Invoice

To request an invoice for the application fee, email Joan Dallas at with Subject: NCOPE Accreditation Invoice Request. In the body of the email, please include the company name, address and the application submission date.

Send a check

Checks payable to NCOPE and include your company's name and address. Mail to: 330 John Carlyle Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314. We will confirm receipt of payment via email once we receive it.

Pay with Credit Card

Please complete a Credit Card Authorization form. You must email, fax or mail the completed credit card authorization form to our office for processing. Please note a convenience fee of $16.50 will be applied to the total amount due for credit card transactions.
